I was honored to attend the first ever Lee’s Summit West gun violence forum hosted by the high school’s black student union. After speaking with the leaders in the student union, I can assure you the young people in our community understand the problem and are working to make change.

Spent time at Frontier Justice this weekend. They had a marksman tournament in honor of Officer Mike Mosher. As Jackson County Prosecutor, I will make sure that our first responders are protected while on duty.

It was an amazing experience to spend the weekend speaking with all the folks at the various St Patrick’s Day events in Jackson County. Nobody does celebrations quite like us, Jackson County!
